Our customized online ordering system is essentially a Happy Llama customers’ unique website store. Our customers are given a link to get to the store, which they share with the individuals of their staff, team, volunteers, etc. The individuals pick and choose the items they want along with sizes. And just like Amazon, they add to cart and pay!
Many of our customers, both big and small, choose online ordering for a number of reasons:

- Coupon codes can have different valuesOur customers can offer their team coupon codes to pay for their gear. Staff members might be given a different budget than a first time volunteer. Our invoice reflected only the coupon codes that were used.
How We Create A Customized Online Store
We want our customers to be able to offer the options that their staff, volunteers or team wants. The first step in creating a customized online store is to schedule a consultation.
During the consultation, we decide what specific options the customer wants to make available i.e. t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, water bottles, etc. From there, we get into specifics such as colors, specific materials, etc.
We also decide on price points that work within your budget and our parameters.
After the consultation, we set your online store site up along with timelines for the store to be open. Upon your approval, the site launches and you are able to send out the link and coupon codes. The customer has the option to make the store public or private.
After all orders are placed and the online store is closed, Happy Llama sends an invoice based on coupon code totals.
