Tear and fade resistant, 13 oz. vinyl banner is an excellent, economical choice for advertising your message. Printed single sided, in full color and high resolution, the 1000 x 1000 denier makes the vinyl banner not only strong for indoor applications, but outdoor applications as well. Your customized artwork selection is printed on sturdy, 13 oz. vinyl, hemmed on all sides, with grommets every two feet for easy display.

Grommets & Hemming: Default options include hemming on all sides with grommets every 2 feet and in the 4 corners. Hemming is the process of folding and bonding one inch of banner material on all sides to increase the strength and durability of the banner.
Standard Grommets: Choose the layout you need in the dropdown menu and select the chrome, black or brass grommet color you desire.
Custom Grommets: Choose the “Custom” option in the Standard Grommet Layout menu, enter the number of custom grommets you need in the Grommet Quantity field, select the color in the Grommet Color menu and specify the layout you require in the Special Instructions field.
Wind Slits: Strategically places half circle cuts placed throughout the banner to allow wind to flow through and reduce tension caused by wind load.
Pole Pockets: Extra fabric wrapped around and hemmed to create a strong pocket that the pole slides through, pole pockets are available at the top and bottom, the top only or the bottom only. Custom pole pocket arrangements are also available.
Reinforced Corners: Add extra strength to the corners if there are grommets.
Webbing: Nylon webbing added to the hem that strengthens the banner and reinforces grommets from being torn out by nature elements such as high wind.

FILE SETUP
Artwork:
- Your uploaded artwork should be sized in accordance with your chosen product.
- Artwork guidelines vary by product.
Proofing:
- We require that a client review and approve a PDF proof before printing.
- Hardcopy proofs are available by special request.
File Format:
- We recommend saving your final artwork as a PDF.
Other Accepted File Formats Include:
- JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, EPS, CDR, PSD, or AI.
- Provide artwork at the correct size.
- Graphics over 200″ can be scaled.
- Please submit art in the CMYK colorspace.
- Pantone® Coated and Uncoated spot colors are acceptable, although 100% color matching is not a standard guarantee.
- Flatten all objects, gradients, swatches, symbols, special effects, and/or transparencies and outline all text.
Bleed:
- For artwork that extends to the cut line – add 1/4″ to each edge with a bleed.
- For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please add 1″ bleed per edge.
- Please refer to the appropriate template for exact sizing.
Safety Margin:
- Please keep text and logos at least 1/4″ from all edges of the artwork.
- For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please keep text and logos at least 2″ from the respective templates finished size boundary.
Mass Data Merges:
- Please send a spreadsheet in one of the following formats (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV, or TSV) for a mass data merge.
Die Cut:
- For artwork that requires a die cut – add a vector layer with the die cut to the artwork.
Spot White:
- For artwork that requires spot white – add a vector shape for the spot white area in the artwork.
- The spot white vector shape should be included as an additional layer to your print ready artwork, or as an additional file with an identical page size.
Resolution:
- Artwork must be at least 150 DPI or higher.
- Small text should be vectorized to ensure legibility.
- We can print sub-standard art, but please note that in we are not responsible for low resolution quality / pixelation issues.
